Service In is looking to bring on a Service Manager to run our Wilmington region. We are a fast-growing services company that does painting, cleaning and floor-care for multi-family, commercial and construction clients across the Carolinas. The role will be based out of our downtown Wilmington office. To succeed in this role, you must be a problem-solver, quick-learner and hungry to grow!
Responsibilities
- Hiring & Scheduling: Recruit, hire and onboard painters and cleaners and assign them to jobs
- Field Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to oversee active projects, support crews, and ensure all work meets our client expectations
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the region
- Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
