WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm
STARTING PAY – $80-$100K DOE
REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or Equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 10 years of manufacturing experience in operations
- About the Role
A growing manufacturer of custom electrical control panels is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems, maintain ISO 9001 compliance, and support continuous improvement across production.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 quality system.
- Develop quality controls, conduct audits, and oversee documentation.
- Partner with production and engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Lead CAPA/8D investigations and train teams on quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise Quality Test Technicians.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or Business.
- 10 years in quality, operations, or continuous improvement.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills.
