QUALITY INSPECTOR / CMM PROGRAMMER

Pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift. Four 10-hour days per week | Flexible Hours Available | Will train on 1st shift. No weekends!

Seeking a skilled Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer & Operator to join our second-shift team. This position is responsible for ensuring manufactured components meet customer specifications and quality standards through final inspection, gauge calibration, and CMM programming and operation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in either CNC machining or CMM inspection and be comfortable working in a precision manufacturing environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform final inspection of precision-machined components.

· Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).

· Perform gauge calibration and maintain accurate calibration records.

· Inspect parts using a variety of precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.

· Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and dimensional specifications.

· Verify parts meet customer and internal quality requirements.

· Identify and communicate quality issues or nonconformances.

· Maintain accurate inspection documentation and records.

· Work closely with machining and production teams to resolve quality concerns.

· Follow established quality procedures and safety requirements.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Required Experience

· CNC machining experience OR

· CMM programming and/or operating experience

· Strong attention to detail,

· Previous Work in a Metal manufacturing environment.

· Mechanical aptitude

· The ability to work accurately with precision measurements are important for success in this position.
