Job Summary
Nightly cleaning Monday through Friday evenings 6:30 p.m. - 8:30p.m. in West Springfield MA
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including commercial and industrial settings. This role is essential in ensuring a hygienic and welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing, is desirable.
- Background in facilities maintenance or porter duties will be beneficial.
