Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all office areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Conduct routine floor care such as buffing and polishing to preserve the appearance of high-traffic areas.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with light custodial duties related to conference rooms, break areas, and common spaces as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and commercial cleaning practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and scrubbers safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include standing for extended periods, bending, lifting light objects, and climbing ladders if necessary.
