What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator - Accessories Division position at SERVICE CHEVROLET CADILLAC?

- PAY DETERMINED BY QUALIFICATIONS
- Responsibilities Include:
- Sell products and services to new and existing customers.
- Process sales transactions
- Calculate the cost of products or services
- Accept payments
- Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
- Establish long term relationships with customers
- Properly and completely fill out customer tickets and payables.
- Keep accurate paperwork records to turn in daily to the accounting dept.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Requirements Include:
- High School Education Required
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Assist in running the day-to-day functions of the office.
- Cash handling / bookkeeping skills
- Prior automotive accessories experience a plus
- Prior office administration a plus
