Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing support to various departments. This position requires strong attention to detail, bookkeeping, a willingness to learn and working within a team environment.
Office hours are M-R 7:30-5:30; F 7:30-12pm

Duties
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records using Quickbooks Software.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Maintain office efficiency by ensuring supplies are ordered and remain in stock
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Answer phones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience with accounts payable processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks or similar accounting software is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
- Willingness to learn is required.
