Candidate requirements:
- Work in a team environment at a fast pace
- Be dependable and accountable to work with team members
- Work a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts/3 to 5 days-per-week, alternating every other weekend including overtime, swinging from day and night each month
- Lift 21 – 50 lbs. pounds or more on a regular basis
- Lift 51 – 75 lbs. pounds or more on an occasional basis
- Work effectively in hot (120) and cold temperatures for long periods of time
- Have good math skills
- Perform repetitive tasks with few breaks
- Able to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
- High School Graduate or GED

- Monitor temperatures and furnace conditions
- Daily inspection of casting equipment and cranes
- Identify and prevent quality issues including cracks, drag marks, and bleed-outs.
- Clean and maintain casting pit
- Restock supplies and make control and shutdown cones
- Warehouse / production experience
- Forklift / mobile equipment experience
