Wage Range: $25.25-$26.25

Shifts: 
Typically, M-F with weekend and weekday on-call 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a full time Program Manager in the Tri-Cities, WA area.

The Program Manager leads the families, youth and staff teams by giving them the tools, resources, and caring guidance to achieve their goals. You will provide supervision and leadership to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Case Managers, and foster care licensors who help youth with varying support needs achieve positive outcomes.  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and 2 years' of experience or 5 years of related experiences


• Must be able to be on an on-call rotation

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license


• Current driver license, car, and car insurance. 


• TB Test: Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA with 2 years' experience


• Internal candidate
