Job Summary:
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Facilitators lead skills groups to help our clients enhance their independence and quality of life. You will help clients develop emotional regulation skills, practice mindfulness, and become more adept at identifying their goals. You will work with our clients both one on one and in group settings.

Starting Wage: $24.45
Program: 555
Location: Tacoma, WA
Shifts: 9-5 Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a closely related field from an accredited college
- One-year experience working with Adults or Children with Development/Intellectual Disabilities or at-risk youth
Licensing and Certifications:
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (Paid by SA)
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
