About The Fiscal Technician Role
As a Fiscal Technician within our Fiscal team, you'll play a vital role in supporting financial management and accounting within the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable in accounts payable/receivable, billing and payroll, and thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters.
Starting Rate: $17 hourly, based on experience and qualifications

This position is based in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Work is primarily remote with periodic in-office responsibilities.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

About The Fiscal Technician Role
As a Fiscal Technician within our Fiscal team, you'll play a vital role in supporting financial management and accounting within the organization. Core Responsibilities
- Code and Process Accounts Payable
- Review Provider invoices to ensure they meet contract terms and ensure timely payment
- Communicate with Providers to answer inquiries
- Perform billing-related duties
- Ensures accurate account coding to the GL
- Ensures accounts are reconciled in the GL
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Process Payroll
- High School Diploma or Equivalency (Associates Degree Preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Dynamics)
- Knowledge of accounting practices
- Independent
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
