Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications in a closed-door, non-retail setting.
Perform pharmacy order entry/data entry tasks upon receipt of prescriptions using Framework software.
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support critical care initiatives and enhance patient outcomes.
Manage inventory, including receiving and properly storing medications.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on pharmacy practices and medication therapies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication administration protocols.
Proficient in pharmacy management software and technology.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
