Serviam Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician (Fill Technician) to join our team in a closed-door, professional pharmacy setting. This role focuses on preparing and dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. As part of our rapidly growing company, you will contribute to improving the well-being of patients in long-term care and acute care environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Maintain proper storage and security conditions for medications.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking pharmaceuticals.
Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and supporting patients’ medication needs.
Accurately utilize medical terminology in pharmacy documentation.
Experience and Qualifications:
Certification as a Pharmacy Technician or the willingness to become certified.
Previous experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy settings (Preferred).
Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication preparation and patient care.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with assisting pharmacists in clinical duties and managing pharmaceutical inventory.

Expected Hours: No less than 40 hours per week
Physical Setting: Long-term care
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (No weekends)
