Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water supply lines using hand tools and power tools.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
• Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within existing systems.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections in complex plumbing setups.
• Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction or repair work.
• Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects, ensuring plumbing components integrate seamlessly with carpentry and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and ensure optimal performance.

Skills

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards related to plumbing work.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret schematics for complex plumbing layouts.
• Experience with welding, pipe assembly, remodeling projects, and HVAC systems is highly desirable.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces, and performing manual tasks with precision.
