About the role
We're looking for an HR generalist to be the day-to-day face of people operations in our office. You'll own the full employee lifecycle — recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, policy questions, and general employee support — and be the go-to person when someone on the team needs help. This is a hands-on, in-office role at a growing company where HR processes are still being built out, so you'll have real say in how things get set up, not just a playbook to follow.
What we're looking for
- 2 years in an HR generalist, coordinator, or similar people-ops role.
- Working knowledge of onboarding, benefits administration, and basic employment law/compliance.
- Comfortable with HRIS/payroll software and general office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
- Discreet, organized, and approachable — people should feel comfortable bringing you real problems.
- In-office in Sanford, FL, five days a week.
Nice to have
SHRM-CP or PHR certification · experience at a small or growing company · recruiting/hiring coordination experience · familiarity with warehouse or logistics staffing.|
