The ABM role will focus on Beautyrest brand in totality, inclusive of all products, mostly mattresses.

How You'll Do It:
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in driving growth for the business, including delivering against P&L targets, market share growth, and brand health metrics.
- Helps to lead product initiatives and go-to-market execution by partnering with cross-functional teams including R&D, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, PMO, and Consumer Insights.
- Assists in developing insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning, and innovation plans to support long-term category growth.
- Helps to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and growth strategies.
- Participates and drives data analysis and reporting to generate insights and recommendations related to promotions, pricing, products, and other key initiatives.
- Supports the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, partnering with creative teams on launch materials and retail marketing assets (e.g., in-store displays, digital product pages).
- Monitors brand and category performance against business objectives and recommend adjustments to improve results and margins.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to support product development, commercialization, and ongoing brand initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or project management; experience in food or consumer goods is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen, with the ability to use data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business and brand objectives.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Live in or be close to the Doraville GA area location
