About The Role
Partner with the Sales and Product teams in selling proven P2P & Data and Document Management/Archiving software solutions, with a focus on North America. Manage the sales cycle from a Pre-Sales perspective, from qualification of an opportunity until contracting.

About The Role
Partner with the Sales and Product teams in selling proven P2P & Data and Document Management/Archiving software solutions, with a focus on North America. Manage the sales cycle from a Pre-Sales perspective, from qualification of an opportunity until contracting.

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Endpoint Management: Manage endpoint devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, ensuring that endpoints, AV equipment and cloud-based systems support optimal productivity for end-users.
- Directory and Cloud Services Administration: Support and troubleshoot within Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and SharePoint environments.
- Network and VPN Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network interruptions, VPN connections, and other connectivity concerns.
- Ticketing and Documentation: Track and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management and create clear, accessible technical documentation and specifications in Confluence.
- Other duties as assigned.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experiences will also be considered.
- Experience in IT support or service delivery roles, with expertise across multi-platform environments, ideally including both PC and Mac systems.
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and routing.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), ideally including Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of M365 administration, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Knowledge of IT security systems and protocols, particularly Microsoft Defender and monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of Endpoint Application Support (incl. M365) and Autopilot.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong collaborator who contributes actively to a supportive, solution-oriented team environment.
- Customer service & problem solving skills.
