Compensation: Starting hourly wage with bonuses can reach up to $22 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm and two or three Saturdays a month from 8am to 1pm. On Saturdays worked, you have the option to take a half day on the following Friday.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate service appointments for our guests to meet their vehicle needs
- Effectively communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide appropriate guidance
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, texts, online scheduling, and live chat
- Offer advice on maintenance recommendations
- Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Punctual, reliable, open minded and committed to professional and personal growth
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in Gmail, Excel, and Word (dual-screen experience preferred)
- Strong background in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
