- Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Efficiently desk deals, submit lender approvals, make credit decisions, and finalize contracts with precision.
- Ensure every transaction complies fully with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare thorough paperwork and contracts, delivering a seamless deal closure process.
- Conduct detailed audits of team deals post-sale to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Expedite the funding of contracts to keep sales cycles fast and efficient.
Requirements
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- College degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Expertise in structuring profitable deals and navigating title laws and registration processes.
- Professional appearance combined with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation and presentation abilities to effectively close deals.
- Valid driver’s license required.
