NO SUNDAYS...flexible days off.. Not the typical dealership experience!!! The Tony Serra family has been in Birmingham over 40 years and has a rare opportunity for technicians. We are big enough to have 10 locations but keep family atmosphere. A place where we put an emphasis on family first and our philosophy of "a fair days work for a fair days pay". Perks like "ice cream Tuesdays" and free lunch provided each Saturday worked.

Due to a location change from our current Master Technician, Serra Gardendale Kia has a lead technician opening along with a used vehicle technician opening.

Pay Scale by experience and certifications:

We will also pay for your training to grow and become Master certified!!!

Our technicians work 40 hours and average 60 to 75 hours in pay!!!
