Responsibilities:
- Carve and serve a variety of seasoned meats tableside using traditional Brazilian churrasco techniques
- Expertly skewer, season, and roast meats over open flame to proper temperature and doneness
- Rotate through the dining room consistently, ensuring all guests receive attentive and timely meat service
- Maintain knowledge of all meat cuts, preparation methods, and flavor profiles to answer guest questions
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food handling and service
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality dining experience
- Represent the authentic Brazilian steakhouse culture with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prior experience as a Gaucho, meat carver, or in a Brazilian churrascaria preferred
- Knowledge of traditional Brazilian churrasco cuts such as picanha, fraldinha, and costela
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry skewers for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
