In this role, you will play a key part in managing and coordinating mobile service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and excellent customer communication to enhance overall service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments with customers and technicians.
• Manage daily scheduling to optimize technician routes and minimize downtime.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment details, updates, and any changes.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and service notes.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and high-quality mobile service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service preferred.
