We are a busy, customer-focused collision repair shop committed to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a skilled and dependable Auto Body Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged vehicle bodies, frames, and structural components.
- Remove and replace damaged panels, bumpers, doors, and other parts.
- Perform body filler work, sanding, and panel alignment.
- Weld and straighten vehicle frames and structural components as needed.
- Prepare vehicles for paint by ensuring repairs meet quality standards.
- Read and follow repair estimates and OEM repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with estimators and team members to ensure repairs are completed on time.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician preferred.
- Knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
