We install seamless aluminum, copper, half-round, and specialty gutter systems. Our territory covers the whole Jacksonville market: all of Duval County and the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach, St Augustine, Green Cove Springs, Orange Park and the surrounding communities. The work ranges from standard residential installs in established Jacksonville neighborhoods to high-end copper and specialty systems on coastal homes. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated outside sales representative who matches our values to join our team.

• People who want to learn the gutter trade - gutters really do provide value and protect the customers largest investment; you have to understand the system to be able to explain why
• People who are good at objection handling without getting rattled. Someone who can stay in the conversation and show the value and not just want to fold and discount the price. We hold our price so you need to be comfortable explaining why quality costs what it costs rather than discounting your way to yes.
• People who like the challenge of a commissioned sales job - they have the internal drive
• People who are hardworking, reliable and trustworthy; you will be in the field representing the company; we need to trust you and the customer has to trust you
• People who are good with paperwork and follow through ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

• Sales experience either in home, door to door or trades
• Comfortable working around ladders and roof lines during assessments
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record and background check
• Willingness to drive the full territory; from Fernandina Beach south to St Augustine, and west to Green Cove Springs. We group your schedule by area to minimize daily driving.
• Availability for some evening and occasional Saturday appointments.
• Comfortable using a tablet since everything is processed through our automated system.
