Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for a Regional Sales Manager at SERFAS, INC. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing sales territories, creating and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The role involves providing support to sales representatives, monitoring market trends, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, resolving customer issues, and representing the company at events and trade shows.
1st year salary is $65K plus bonus opportunities through commissions.
Qualifications
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to mentor and manage a sales team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in sales strategies, customer analysis, and market research
