Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

Serfas is a Self-Distributed Bicycle Accessory & E-Bike line. Serfas also manages the sales and distribution for ABUS, MOON Sports, BikeBac, Cruzen Outdoors and GÜP Industries.

The Regional Sales Manager works closely with independent sales reps and dealer base in the territory.

The right candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and can effectively communicate over the phone.

Starting salary is $65,000 with potential for bonus through commissions.

Position is in office, remote work not available.

Responsibilities:

·        Build relationships with buyers and potential new accounts.

·        Lead a team of independent outside sales representatives.

·        Contact dealers through phone calls and emails to promote Sales.

·        Educate dealers & sales representatives on discount programs and product.

·        Analyze and prepare sales data to assist dealers and sales reps with orders.

·        Develop and execute daily/monthly call plans to contact all dealers in your territory.

·        Maintain accurate call records and customer data in the company’s CRM system.

·        Process all orders submitted in the territory.

·        Provide support to any accounts and consumers that call into the office.

·        The above represents general responsibilities for the position. Other duties are responsibilities may be assigned to support company goals and initiatives.

Experience:

·        Prior experience with Inside/Outside Sales, Retail Sales, Retail Buying or Customer Service.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        PC skills, including typing, knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook recommended.

·        Some Bicycle Industry experience preferred.
