Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Tulsa, OK
Reports To: Controller
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our client's strong Tulsa-based team. This role is responsible for managing key accounting functions including financial reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and supporting leadership with financial insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and tax filings in accordance with applicable standards.

Develop and maintain reporting for business operations, budgets, and financial forecasting.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Provide timely financial analysis and reporting to the management team.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances.

Oversee invoicing processes and monitor accounts receivable collections.

Prepare and file sales tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and local tax regulations.

Collaborate closely with the leadership team on financial planning and strategic decisions.
Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting roles, with strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
