We are a growing home care agency based in New Jersey seeking a motivated and confident individual to help promote our services and connect with local families and healthcare facilities.
This is an in-person role focused on building relationships and bringing in new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Visit local hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, senior centers, and community locations
- Speak with social workers, discharge planners, and families about our home care services
- Distribute flyers and introduce the agency to potential referral sources
- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals
- Identify families in need of home care and help guide them through the process
- Report daily outreach activity and leads
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with strangers and professionals
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Sales, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus
- Must be willing to travel locally
Compensation:
- Base pay (optional) strong commission for each client secured
