As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a high-performing Business Development & Outreach Specialist to expand our referral network and strengthen our presence across Georgetown and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Own & Lead
You will be responsible for driving sustainable referral growth and expanding strategic partnerships throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to generate consistent, high-quality referrals
- Build trusted relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, case managers, and community organizations
- Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and industry functions
- Track outreach activity, referral sources, and performance metrics in CRM
- Collaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Meet and exceed monthly referral and growth goals
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated professional who understands both relationship-building and performance accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or referral targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Self-starter mindset with high personal accountability
- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
