Do you value mental and emotional well-being as part of a person’s overall wellness? Serenium Therapy & Wellness is looking for a motivated Licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC) to provide both in-person and Hybrid sessions for its NJ residents.

As a therapist at Serenium, you will help our clients feel a sense of serenity and balance working with them to calm their mind and emotions whether from a challenging diagnosis or from a new or difficult life event.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments using a variety of sources, methods, and approaches including, but not limited to, standardized testing tools to evaluate and diagnose clients with behavioral, social or emotional problems referred by counselors, psychologists, district staff and outside organizations.
• Provide crisis intervention, individual and group treatment, psychotherapy, family services, and case management for referred clients.
• Provide ongoing treatment and counseling; monitor progress in program related activities and effectiveness of psychotherapy and treatment; process related forms and application; follow-up and re-evaluate appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of treatment records, reports and other sensitive and privileged information.
• Attend and participate in assigned meetings, conferences, and in-services.
• Operate office equipment including a computer and assigned software.
• Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical direct to consumer mental health therapy to clients'

With both in-person and virtual sessions available across New Jersey, we ensure clients receive high-quality, long-term support in a way that works best for them.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently a Licensed Therapist in the state of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC)
• Must be able to work two evenings
• Must be available to work a full 40 hour week, 5 days a week, M-F and open to either a hybrid position or full time in office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience at a mental health outpatient facility
• Bilingual is a plus
