We're seeking a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Eatontown office. This is a hybrid position requiring
three days per week in our newly renovated Eatontown location, with the flexibility to complete the remainder of your schedule remotely.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Provide medication management for children, adolescents, and/or adults based on your clinical expertise.
- Complete 45-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute medication follow-up appointments, allowing adequate time for thoughtful, client-centered care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate closely with therapists and other members of our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, integrated care.
- Utilize pharmacogenomic testing (GeneSight) and third-party drug screening services when clinically appropriate to support informed treatment decisions.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in weekly individual supervision, group consultation, and interdisciplinary case discussions.
Who You Are
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
- Passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care.
