What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Property Manager - Trophy Class A ++ Headquarters position at Serenity Recruitment Group?
Miami Beach, Florida up tp $150,000 base discretionary bonus | Confidential Search
A global real estate services group has been retained on a confidential search for a Senior Property Manager to assume full operational responsibility for a trophy, Class A headquarters asset in the heart of Miami Beach — widely regarded as the most significant corporate office delivered to the sub-market in more than two decades.
The Asset
A six-story, institutionally owned landmark conceived as a hospitality-led workplace by one of the most respected names in global real estate investment. The building pairs an Art Deco–inspired façade with lush vertical landscaping, water features, outdoor cabanas on every floor, and a level of finish more commonly found in five-star hospitality than institutional office. LEED Gold and WELL credentialed. The tenant roster is a curated mix of family offices, private equity platforms, media, and global investment firms — with ownership itself occupying a significant portion of the building. The Atlantic is one block away.
The Opportunity
This is a rare owner-occupied environment where the Senior Property Manager operates as the face of the building — interfacing daily with ownership, C-suite leadership, and a sophisticated tenant community. The role carries full operational ownership, a lean and empowered team structure, genuine autonomy, and long-term visibility within one of the most recognised global real estate platforms in the market.
For the right person, this is not a management assignment. It's a career-defining platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete day-to-day operational leadership of the asset, holding trophy-level standards at all times.
- Ownership of budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- CAM reconciliations and cost control across all building operations.
- Oversight of engineering, janitorial, security, and specialist service partners.
- Primary point of contact for ownership, senior executives, and tenants.
- Managing access, scheduling, and operational rhythm in line with the expectations of a highly visible, executive-facing environment.
The Ideal Profile
- Senior Property Manager with meaningful Class A office experience, ideally including high-profile or owner-occupied assets.
- Strong financial command — comfortable leading budgets, CAM, reporting, and variance conversations directly with ownership.
- Polished, professional, and genuinely personable — able to hold the room with C-suite executives and institutional principals.
- Self-directed, discreet, and detail-driven, with the judgment to operate autonomously within a lean team.
- Calm under pressure, and naturally oriented toward hospitality-grade service delivery.
