Serenity Pool Pros is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to take over a weekly route of 70–80 swimming pools. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values independence and takes pride in providing quality service.
Compensation & Schedule
- First 90 days: $12 per pool, per week
- After 90 days: $13 per pool, per week (performance based)
- Weekly earning potential: $840–$1,040, based on 70–80 pools serviced
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Chemicals are included
We're looking for someone who is:

- Eager to learn and able to work independently
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
- Comfortable communicating with clients
- Equipped with a reliable vehicle for daily route service
* Pool industry experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.
