Pool Technician – Residential Pools (East Valley, Tempe or North Phoenix) - Experience Required

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including:
- Skimming debris, brushing, vacuuming
- Cleaning filters and baskets
- Testing and balancing chemical levels
- Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve pool issues—equipment and water chemistry
- Maintain a high standard of work with strong attention to detail
- Follow safety procedures during all service and repair tasks
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the company well
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of pool service experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first mindset
- Able to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking
- Valid driver’s license required
