No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skills we’re looking for — we’ll teach you everything else.Â

- Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalismÂ
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify information, and assist with formsÂ
- Schedule and confirm appointmentsÂ
- Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk areaÂ
- Use digital tools and office systems efficientlyÂ
- Support teammates and adapt to changing needsÂ

- A people-first attitude with excellent communication skillsÂ
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressureÂ
- Comfortable using email, calendars, and scheduling systemsÂ
