Serenity Hospice – Pennsylvania (Lehigh, Northampton & Berks Counties)
Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients and families across Lehigh, Northampton, and Berks Counties. This role follows a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, providing flexibility while delivering critical after-hours care.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to after-hours and on-call needs for hospice patients
Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and urgent interventions
Deliver compassionate support and education to patients and families
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary hospice team
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
