Responsibilities:
- Provide music therapy services to hospice patients based on individualized care plans
- Support emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial well-being through therapeutic music interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to enhance patient quality of life
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) preferred
- Experience in hospice or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for compassionate end-of-life care
