Serenity Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team serving Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and supportive care to patients during an important time in their lives.
Position Highlights:
No nights or weekends
Mileage reimbursement provided
401(k) enrollment available
Paid Time Off (PTO) available
Supportive interdisciplinary hospice team
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
