- Build relationships with clients to maximize achieved outcomes
- Welcome clients, orient them to their session, and maintain a calm, professional presence throughout
- Operate proprietary treatment technology according to step-by-step clinical protocols (full paid training)
- Document session notes and update client records accurately after each appointment
- Maximize client retention rates so they complete the full course of treatment
- Maintain a clean, organized, consistent environment that clients depend on
What We're Looking For
- 2 years in a premium client-facing or customer service role such as luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, spa, country clubs & memberships, etc...
- A service standard that holds regardless of how your day is going
- Professional composure to redirect client energy in a productive direction
- Strong attention to detail; following a process and documenting it accurately
- Reliable attendance; your clients schedule their day around you showing up
- $23-$30/hr - A meaningful step up from most hospitality and retail pay
