Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to executives
- Effectively manage complex calendars and schedules
- Meticulously monitor multiple messaging and email platforms, responding on behalf of the Provider as required
- Maintain a high degree of integrity in tracking key action items and issues
- Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and gather relevant information for meetings
- Anticipate needs and proactively complete other relevant tasks as requested
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting a high-level professional
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating common sense in decision-making
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment
- Demonstrated business acumen and a commitment to timely follow-through
