As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and organized Roofing Operations Manager to keep our projects running efficiently and ensure quality and timelines stay on track.ABOUT THIS ROLEThis is a fully remote position best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands the urgency and complexity of roofing project management.Role is fully remote and open to candidates nationwideMust be available to work Pacific Time Zone business hoursOccasional field travel may be required based on project needsCandidate must hold a valid driver’s licenseIdeal candidate has deep roofing experience and strong communication skillsAbility to coordinate across multiple teams and tools is essentialKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPROJECT LAUNCH & OVERSIGHTReview job approval checklists, contract scope, and homeowner selections prior to job startCoordinate internal kickoff steps including sales notes, material selections, and crew assignmentsConfirm start dates with homeowners and communicate next step expectationsConduct or support OSHA compliant safety meetings when neededEnsure safety standards are documented and upheldOPERATIONS & SCHEDULINGBuild and manage project timelines using AccuLynx and internal tracking toolsOrder materials and coordinate delivery logistics with suppliers and crewsMonitor WhatsApp updates and job photos to track daily progressIdentify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delaysEnsure milestones, schedule changes, and job phases are clearly documentedESTIMATING & JOB SETUPPrepare and review project estimates using AccuLynx, iRoofing, SumoQuote, or similar platformsCollaborate with sales and production teams to confirm takeoffs, measurements, and material specificationsEnsure estimates reflect all known variables and support profitabilityUse estimates as the foundation for financial worksheets and contract executionRevise estimates as needed based on change orders or walkthroughsCHANGE ORDERS & FINANCIAL TRACKINGProactively identify and document change orders including pricing, photos, and homeowner approvalsUpdate financial worksheets in real time to reflect cost changes and margin trackingIssue change order and final invoices promptly through AccuLynxRegister manufacturer warranties such as GAF after job completion when applicableINTERNAL COLLABORATION & WORKFLOW OWNERSHIPReview new leads and approve for group assignmentManage job folders, communication logs, and pinned scopes within AccuLynxLead virtual team check ins to align on schedules and prioritiesProvide operational guidance to sales, production, and admin teamsAssist with training new hires on tools and workflow best practicesREQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of experience in roofing operationsMust reside within the United StatesMust be available to work Pacific Time Zone hoursStrong proficiency in AccuLynx, iRoofing, WhatsApp, and project management toolsHigh level organizational skills with ability to manage shifting prioritiesBilingual in English and Spanish is requiredMust thrive in a fast paced, high accountability environmentWHAT WE OFFER$85,000 base salary plus performance based bonusesPaid holidaysPaid time offHealth InsuranceFully remote positionCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling roofing businessHOW TO APPLYPlease send your resume and a short introduction to HR@RoofingAngels.com with the subject line:Roofing Operations Manager Application – [Your Name]
