Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, and janitorial duties to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage household or hotel supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low.
- Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, completing detailed reports, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
