Job Summary
Serene Day Spa is seeking a passionate and energetic Part-Time Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team. This is booth rent only position. This is a shared room with another part time estheticianIn, available days for this room would be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and every other Saturday. This role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and spa services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in skincare, facial treatments, waxing, and other esthetic procedures will help create a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for every guest. Duties
- Provide waxing services such as body waxing and facial waxing with precision and care
- Offer additional spa services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage to enhance client satisfaction
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote healthy skin habits and boost revenue
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas after each service
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Assist in retail product sales by demonstrating product benefits and encouraging client purchases during visits
Experience
- Proven experience as an esthetician or cosmetologist with a strong background in skincare treatments and spa services
- Skilled in performing waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their individual needs
- Ability to educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and aftercare instructions effectively
- Experience in retail sales of skincare products or cosmetics is preferred
- Certification or licensing as an esthetician or cosmetologist in accordance with state regulations
