Duties
- Perform a wide range of esthetic services
- Ensure treatments adhere strictly to safety regulations and infection control protocols.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.
- Uphold sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workspaces regularly to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Stay current with industry trends
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
- Strong understanding of color theory and anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments.
- Experience working with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently.
- Excellent client communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of infection control practices combined with the ability to educate clients on proper skincare maintenance post-treatment.

Pay: $30.00 - $140.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
