What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator position at Serendipity and Company?
We're looking for a social-first Content Creator to become an extension of a fast-growing hospitality brand inspired by Australian café culture.
This isn't a traditional social media role. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form content, understands internet culture and can identify trends before everyone else. You'll be responsible for bringing fresh creative ideas to the table, capturing authentic moments in our restaurants and producing content that feels native to TikTok and Instagram.
From founder-led storytelling and customer interactions to behind-the-scenes kitchen moments and trending formats, you'll help shape the brand's social presence through content that people actually want to watch.
If you're constantly saving trending audios, have ideas before the meeting starts and know how to make everyday moments feel entertaining, we'd love to hear from you.
