Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content of projects, installs, shop work, team members, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and social media campaigns
- Edit videos with clean transitions, captions, trending audio, and brand-focused storytelling
- Take high-quality project photos before, during, and after installation
- Assist with content planning, creative concepts, and social media ideas
- Organize media files, project folders, and content assets
- Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them in a way that fits the Aria Signs brand
- Help create content that highlights our craftsmanship, design process, company culture, and completed landmark projects
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Strong photo and video skills
- Comfortable filming on-site, in a shop environment, and around active installations
- Basic editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar programs
- Good eye for composition, lighting, detail, and storytelling
- Able to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in design, architecture, signage, construction, branding, or fabrication is a plus
