What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director – Knoxville, TN position at SERC-NAHRO?
KCDC is seeking a talented and enthusiastic team member to serve as Maintenance Director over KCDC’s extensive portfolio of 27 KCDC owned/managed rental properties served by 12 maintenance teams. The Maintenance Director will report directly to the VP of Housing and will work closely with other Housing Directors and Maintenance Supervisors to design and implement procedures and protocols for efficiency and cost savings. Also, the Maintenance Director is responsible to serve as a resource for all maintenance staff and activities related to KCDC facilities and infrastructure. The Maintenance Director will also have opportunity to plan, direct, and evaluate maintenance projects, staff efficiency, preventative maintenance programs, and the effective use of maintenance software.
