What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director – Cochran, GA position at SERC-NAHRO?

Cochran Housing Authority is seeking an experienced public housing administrator or Executive Director to oversee and direct a small public-housing agency located in Cochran, Georgia, having 115 RAD-converted housing units (Section 8 – HCV). The Executive Director supervises between 3 to 5 employees, and qualifying applicants should have a four-year college degree and experience in the area of landlord-tenant and fair housing laws. The position reports to a Board of Commissioners, and the position would require relocation to Cochran (Bleckley County), Georgia within a reasonable time.
