Community Manager Specialist

Are you a dynamic property management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning challenges into success stories? We’re looking for a Community Manager Specialist to step in, lead, and make a difference across multiple apartment communities across the Greater Bay Area.

In this high-impact role, you’ll support properties that need extra leadership—whether due to staffing gaps or performance opportunities—bringing stability, energy, and expertise to drive results. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and leading teams to success, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Drive property success by overseeing operations, maximizing revenue, and improving overall performance
• Lead leasing and sales efforts to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
• Partner with leadership to optimize pricing strategies for new leases and renewals
• Create and execute business plans aligned with property and company goals
• Own financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and working closely with accounting
• Develop marketing strategies and implement quarterly plans to stay competitive in the market
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and safety standards
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged culture
• Step in where needed, bringing structure, leadership, and results to communities that need it most

• Prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field
• Ability to commute across the Greater Bay Area (Antioch, Brentwood, Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek, Alameda County and San Francisco)
  
  

Great to haves:

• 2-3 years residential property management experience
• Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA
• High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus
  
  

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 / year plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
