What You'll Do:
- Drive property success by overseeing operations, maximizing revenue, and improving overall performance
- Lead leasing and sales efforts to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
- Partner with leadership to optimize pricing strategies for new leases and renewals
- Create and execute business plans aligned with property and company goals
- Own financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and working closely with accounting
- Develop marketing strategies and implement quarterly plans to stay competitive in the market
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and safety standards
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged culture
- Step in where needed, bringing structure, leadership, and results to communities that need it most

- Prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field
- Ability to commute across the Greater Bay Area (Antioch, Brentwood, Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek, Alameda County and San Francisco)
- 2-3 years residential property management experience
- Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA
- High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus
