We are hiring a Construction Project Manager who wants ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to earn based on performance.

What You Will Own

• End-to-end ownership of multiple luxury landscape construction projects
• Project scheduling and execution from pre-walk through final punch
• Quality control to Sequoia standards and local code, built right the first time
• Daily coordination with foremen, crews, vendors, and internal teams
• Proactive client communication that builds confidence and trust at every stage
• The full client experience, not just construction tasks
• Delivering projects so well that clients become raving fans and refer others
• Turning well-run projects into consistent five-star reviews and repeat business
• Margin protection through planning, organization, and issue prevention
• Site visits, field verification, and decisive problem resolution when needed
• Training and development of crews to elevate execution standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance-based compensation structure
• $100K–$150K on-target earnings for strong performers
• Base pay plus execution-based bonuses
• OTE assumes consistent execution and hitting performance metrics
• Monthly mileage reimbursement and phone allowance

Compensation is tied to execution. Top performers consistently earn at the high end of the range.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of construction project management experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience in landscape construction, hardscape, paving, or outdoor living is a strong plus
• Highly organized and systems-driven
• Strong communicator with crews, vendors, and clients
• Comfortable holding standards and making decisions
• Calm under pressure because you prevent problems rather than react to them
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack
