You're the go-to person for maintenance. Whether it's fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, installing a shower head, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. You ensure homes are spotless and ready for move-in day, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our residents.

Qualifications:
Must-haves:
- Excellent resident/customer experience skills
- Positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn
- Efficiency
- Sense of humor
- On-call availability
- Weekend availability (Tuesday - Saturday schedule)
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of basic home maintenance
Great-to-haves:
- Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
- Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping
Compensation:
The compensation range for this role is $14 - $17 / hour plus fully compensated housing and quarterly bonuses.
